LED matrix on the Saigon Marina IFC tower: advertising on the façade of one of Vietnam's three tallest towers

The tower and its location

Saigon Marina IFC (Saigon Marina International Financial Centre) stands at 2 Tôn Đức Thắng, Sài Gòn ward, on the former Ba Son shipyard by the Saigon River. The tower has 55 floors above ground and 5 basements, more than 106,000 m² of floor space, opened on 19/8/2025, and is described as one of the three tallest towers in Vietnam. Basement B2 connects directly to the underground Ba Son station on Metro Line 1 (Bến Thành – Suối Tiên).

The tower's façade is covered with LED. On New Year's Eve 2026 and on National Day, 2/9/2026, the LED matrix across the tower's faces showed artistic content that the city's press covered widely.

Advertising on the LED matrix

SJK Group holds the exclusive advertising rights to the LED matrix of Saigon Marina IFC. The video above, made by SJK, shows advertising on the tower's façade in the evening.

The location suits:

• Brand and product launches that need one big image people photograph and share;
• Events and holidays in the city centre: New Year's Eve, National Day, riverside festivals;
• Finance, real estate and premium brands that want their name on a new landmark.

The façade faces the Saigon River, Bạch Đằng wharf, Thủ Thiêm and the Tôn Đức Thắng axis; metro passengers at Ba Son station pass right under the tower.

Notes for the content

• Outdoor screens use no sound, and their light must not affect road safety (Article 28 of the Advertising Law, as amended by Law No. 75/2025/QH15, in force from 01/01/2026). The content has to tell its story in pictures.
• The façade is very large and seen from far away: few words, clear images, strong contrast.
• Time slots and availability are confirmed by SJK with the quote; for holidays, ask early.
