Guide for board owners

1. Sign up as a board owner

1. Open ooh.com.vn/en/sign-up. The Sign-up details window opens with Board owner already selected.
2. Fill in Full name, Phone number and Company email.
3. Tick I agree to the terms and policies (see the Terms of use) and click Sign up now.

WikiOOH sends an email confirming that your request has arrived and will contact you. When the account is created, you get the email “Welcome to WikiOOH: set a password for your account” with a link to set your password yourself (single use, valid for 7 days). You can change the password at any time.

2. Sign in

Click Sign in / Sign up in the menu bar, or open ooh.com.vn/en/account, enter the email and password WikiOOH sent you and click Sign in. Forgot your password: click Forgot password, enter your email and click Send request to get a link to reset your password.

3. Manage boards

My boards (main menu) lists your company's boards with type, size, price per year and status. The Enter an address to search field filters by address; click a board's name to see its page as buyers see it.

Propose a change of price or status

1. Click Propose a change on the board's row.
2. Choose the Status (Available or Contact us) and enter the Default price and Discount price for 12, 6, 3 and 1 months.
3. Click Send proposal. The board shows Awaiting approval with the status and prices you proposed until WikiOOH reviews it.

When WikiOOH approves or rejects it, you get a notification in the Notifications list. An approved change shows on WikiOOH right away, and buyers following the board are notified.

Photos, videos, the description, size and other details are updated by WikiOOH: send the new content by hotline, email or the Contact page. Detailed information and videos make a board easier to sell.

4. Today

Today (account menu) shows what each board still lacks for advertisers to choose it and get a quote fast: recent photos, prices for each term, the free-from date, documents. You save the free-from date right there. At the top: what to do now — quote requests waiting for your answer, live boards without proof-of-posting photos.

5. Sales

Sales shows which of your boards buyers have ordered: the board, Order date, Start date, Run time and Status. Click the Order date, Start date or Status column heading to sort; use the Enter a board name or address field to search.

The status goes Draft → Awaiting approval → Confirmed → Signing contract → Contract in progress → Live, or Cancelled. WikiOOH negotiates prices with buyers.

Proof-of-posting photos

While an order line is Contract in progress or Live, press Send photos on that line: choose up to 10 photos (JPEG or PNG), the day taken, a note if needed, and press Send. The advertiser sees the photos on the order line (not who sent them). Show the whole board face clearly, in daylight, without passers-by's faces; WikiOOH may remove wrong photos.

6. Quote requests

When an advertiser puts your boards in a campaign plan and asks for a quote, you get a notification and the request shows under Quote requests (account menu): the plan's period and your boards with their list prices. The advertiser's name is not shown — WikiOOH puts the quote together and sends it.

For each board choose Free or Not free, give the day it can go up (or is free), a price for the whole campaign (the months the buyer asked for) if it differs from the list price, a note for WikiOOH, and press Send answer. You can change the answer until WikiOOH sends the quote. Please answer within half a working day: the board page shows how fast the owner usually answers.

This section appears once WikiOOH switches the cart to plans and quotes.

7. Demand

Demand (account menu) shows what buyers did with each of your boards over 7, 30 or 90 days: how many people viewed it, how many times it was added to comparison, followed, put in the cart and ordered, and the number of board searches in your province. There are only counts, no information about who viewed; your own views are not counted. If a board gets few views, check its price, photos and description.

8. Subscription

Subscription (account menu) shows your company's plan and when it ends. The Basic plan is free: your boards are shown and get orders as on any plan, with total demand over 7 days. The Pro and Business plans add demand figures for each board over 30 and 90 days, searches in your province and more accounts for your company.

Choose a plan and a period (month or year) — the page creates a Payment request with a VietQR code: scan it with your banking app and keep the transfer description as it is (WOOH S…). The plan starts when WikiOOH receives the payment; each payment gets an e-invoice. Before the plan ends, you get a renewal request; if you turn off Auto-renew, the plan runs to the end of the period and then returns to Basic — your boards and orders are not affected. A free trial ends by itself with no payment request; to continue, choose a plan.

9. Notifications

The Notifications list (the number beside it is the count of unread notifications) has the results of your change proposals and other notices from WikiOOH. Click Read to mark one as read, Read all for all of them; Unread only shows the new ones.

10. Account details

• Click your profile picture to change it (JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 2 MB).
• Fill in Full name, Company name, Position, Phone number, Company email and click Save. The first time you save, Company name and Position are required. The company email is for contact; your sign-in email does not change.
• Change password: enter the Old password, the New password (at least 6 characters) and Repeat the password. After the change, the account is signed out on your other devices.
