On-site checks (Onsite)
Onsite is WikiOOH's network of field partners across Vietnam. They go to the board and take photos as guided; every photo carries the time and GPS place, and faces and number plates are blurred on our own server. The AI checks the photos in seconds and a WikiOOH moderator accepts them. It is proof you only get when you book through the platform.
1. For advertisers and agencies
Know your ad is running without visiting each board yourself.
- Placement check: once the campaign is up, Onsite photographs each board and the AI compares the ad with your brand. The photos are in Orders → the line → Photo report, marked «Onsite · brand matches».
- The Proof-of-posting photo report in the plan: choose it when you send the plan, and every board of the order is checked once it is up.
- Brand: write the brand that will be on the boards when you send the request (an agency writes its client's). Owners do not see it.
- Before you choose: a board's page shows its latest Onsite check photos and their day once you are signed in.
2. For board owners
New photos and fresh data without a trip.
- Accepted Onsite photos update the board's photos and turn it fresh (green) in search.
- My boards shows when Onsite was at each board and what it saw.
- Buyers see the Onsite photos of their order — proof your board runs as agreed.
3. How a check goes
- WikiOOH makes a task from the order or the board: the board, the brand and the campaign's dates come from the order.
- A partner nearby takes the task, goes to the board and shoots as guided (wide, position, the ad).
- The app checks the distance to the board, GPS accuracy and sharpness; the AI compares with the board's photo and the brand.
- A WikiOOH moderator accepts it; the photos go to your order and the board's page. Usually within 2–3 days.
4. Who sees what
- Check photos and the exact place are shown to signed-in buyers and the board's owner; guests see only the day it was checked.
- Faces and number plates are blurred before a photo is stored.
- Owners do not see the buyer or the brand of a request; WikiOOH brokers the deal.
5. Price
On-site checks are made by WikiOOH for orders through the platform; prices for separate orders come later. To have your boards checked: contact WikiOOH.
