Guide for buyers

1. Sign up

Buyers sign up on their own, with no review: the account is created as soon as you send your details.

1. Open ooh.com.vn/en/sign-up/advertiser, or click Sign up on the sign-in page.
2. In the Sign-up details window, choose Buyer / Agency.
3. Fill in Full name, Company name, Position, Phone number and Company email.
4. Tick I agree to the terms and policies (see the Terms of use) and click Sign up now.

WikiOOH emails you right away «Welcome to WikiOOH: set a password for your account» with a link to set your password yourself (single use, valid for 7 days); opening the link confirms your email. You can change the password at any time (see Account details).

2. Sign in and forgotten password

1. Click Sign in / Sign up in the menu bar, or open ooh.com.vn/en/account.
2. Enter your Email (the one you signed up with) and password, and click Sign in.

Forgot your password: click Forgot password, enter your email and click Send request. WikiOOH sends a link to reset your password to your email.

3. Search for boards

Anyone can search, even without signing in; visitors who are not signed in see part of the results, without prices or exact locations.

On the home page

The search bar on the home page has the filters Location (province or city, district), rental term (All, 3, 6 or 12 months), From date, Type (several types at once), Price and the Enter keywords... field to search quickly by street or area. Advanced search adds Size, OTC (14 days), Effective visibility, Surroundings and Board height.

The search page and the map

The Search page (top menu) shows the results and the map. Found: N boards gives the number of results; Load more shows more boards. On the map, type a place into the Enter a place, street or area ... field, or click Draw area and drag to outline the area you want (Clear drawn area to remove it). The map shows every board found: numbered dots are the boards of the list, the others open their card on click; a dark circle is a group of boards — click it to zoom in, or to list the boards that stand at one spot.

Save a search

Save search saves the current filters under a name you choose, to open them again later. The list is on the You have N saved searches line. Clear search removes all filters so you can start a new search.

4. Board information

Click a board to open its page:

• photos (click to view full screen, swipe or use the arrow keys; the photo date is on the photo), What you get — size, faces, lighting, permit, time to put the ad up — and Board details: Location, Type · size, Status (Available or Contact us); the board's code is under its name;
• Price list for 3, 6 and 12 months (each price is for the whole term): Original price and Discounted price; Contact us — the board owner has not set a price for that term, and WikiOOH will send you a quote;
• Other information from the board owner (material, lighting, permit…) with Rating, Effective visibility, VAC and OTC (14 days) where available;
• the board owner's About and video, the location on VietMap's map (before you sign in — an area of about 200 m), Find boards nearby (1 km) and Google Street View (Open Street View) where the owner gave it;
• Related advertising locations — other boards in the same area.

5. Buy, compare and follow

• Add to cart (on the board page and on board cards) puts the board in your cart; Buy now puts it in the cart and opens the cart.
• Compare adds the board to your comparison list. Open the list with the compare icon in the menu bar: the Compare boards table puts the locations side by side by size, CPS, OTC, status, price and discount; Show price for switches prices to 1 year, 6 months or 3 months. Click a column heading to sort.
• Follow adds the board to your Following. When the board owner changes the board's price or status and WikiOOH approves the change, you get a notification in the Notifications list.

6. Cart and ordering

1. Open the cart with the cart icon in the menu bar, check the list and click Confirm.
2. On the Order confirmation page, choose a Start date and an Order term for each board (each term shows its price beside it). WikiOOH shows the Listed price, Discount, Price after discount and, at the bottom of the page, the Subtotal at listed prices for the whole order.
3. To propose a different price, enter the Proposed price for the whole term; add a Note if needed. Remove takes the board out of this order.
4. Click Send order: the order goes to WikiOOH for review right away (status Awaiting approval); WikiOOH shows the order number and will contact you to confirm. To discuss prices before sending — click Save, do not send yet: the order stays Draft until you click Confirm order on the order line.

7. Manage orders and negotiate prices

Your orders are in My orders (account menu). Each row is one cart with its Cart number, Order date, Quantity, Brand, Campaign and the Status of the boards in the order.

• Edit — give the cart a brand and campaign name, so it is easy to find again.
• View details — the boards in the cart, start date, run time, proposed price and status. Click a status to open that board's negotiation page.

Negotiating prices

1. While the board is Draft, you can change the Start date, Order term, Proposed price and Note, then click Save changes.
2. In Requests from the buyer, type your message and click Send request to talk with WikiOOH. Negotiation history keeps the whole conversation; Price range compares your proposed price with the price WikiOOH negotiated.
3. When you agree with the terms, click Confirm order to send it to WikiOOH for approval. The status changes to Awaiting approval.

Each time WikiOOH updates the negotiated price or the status, you get a notification on the site and by email.

8. Notifications and following list

The Notifications list (the number beside it is the count of unread notifications) has: account approval, updates on negotiations and order status, and changes to the boards you follow. Click Read to mark one as read, Read all for all of them; Unread only shows the new ones.

The Following shows the boards you follow with type, price per year and size; from there you can Add to cart or Unfollow.

9. Account details

• Click your profile picture to change it (JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 2 MB).
• Edit Full name, Company name, Position, Phone number, Company email and click Save. The company email is for contact; your sign-in email does not change.
• Change password: enter the Old password, the New password (at least 6 characters) and Repeat the password. After the change, the account is signed out on your other devices.
