Updated 15/10/2026. WikiOOH has been rebuilt so you can find and order advertising boards faster, on both computers and phones.
For buyers
- Several board types at once. In the «Type» filter you can tick several types, e.g. LED screen and LCD / digital frame: the results include boards of every type ticked. The page link keeps the choice, so you can send it to a colleague.
- Set your password with a link. When your account is created, reopened or reset, you get an email with a link to set your password yourself (single use, valid for 7 days). WikiOOH never sends passwords by email.
- VietMap map. Find boards near a place (a radius from 500 m to 10 km, with the distance to each board), draw an area on the map or click «Search this area», see satellite images. Boards close to each other are grouped into clusters; click one to zoom in.
- Easier search. Sort by price, OTC, area or recently updated. On a phone, the «Filters» button opens every condition. When nothing is found, the page suggests which conditions to remove.
- Links keep your search. Filters, the location and the drawn area are kept in the page address: reloading the page, coming back from a board page or sending the link to a colleague all open the same search.
- Works well on phones. Every page has been redone for phones: search, the map (switch between the list and the map), the cart, comparison and your account.
- The cart and comparison are kept. You can add boards to the cart and to comparison before you sign in; after you sign in, the boards are still there. Board status and prices are always taken from the latest data.
- Order in one step. The «Send order» button sends the order to WikiOOH for review right away — no more «Confirm order» on each line (to discuss prices first, choose «Save, do not send yet»). Each term shows its own price, and the bottom of the page shows a subtotal for the whole order; the order list shows the status of the boards in each order.
- Clear prices. The price on a board card says clearly that it is for 12 months; a term without a price shows «Contact us» instead of 0. An order leaves the cart only once WikiOOH has received it; if something goes wrong, you are told and the order stays.
- Vietnam time. Dates and times on the website are shown in Vietnam time, whatever the time zone of your computer.
- Safer accounts. Passwords have at least 6 characters, you reset your password with a single-use link sent by email, and failed sign-in attempts are limited. Only you can see your saved searches.
- Privacy. You choose whether your search history is kept so we can advise you, and whether you get news by email (Account details → Privacy); both are off by default. Visit statistics use no cookies and do not store IP addresses. The Privacy policy and the Operating rules are published in full.
- Quick contact on Zalo. The Zalo button is in the footer, on the Contact page and on every board page.
- Proof-of-posting photos on orders. While your ad is being put up or is live, the owner's photos show at the bottom of the order line.
- A map of boards by province. Each province page has VietMap's street map with the clusters of boards (each dot about 2 km); click the map to open the search.
- Example prices on the home page. A few chosen boards show their yearly rent (rounded, VAT not included) so you can picture the cost; every other board's price is shown after you sign in for free.
- Tiếng Việt and English. The «VI · EN» switch at the top of every page, on a phone too, opens the same page in the other language. The arrow button at the bottom corner takes you back to the top.
- A clearer board page. Photos open full screen, swipe or use the arrow keys, with the photo date on the photo; a summary of size, lighting and permit; before you sign in, the market price of the board type in its province; the location on VietMap's map and a link to boards nearby.
- Yearly prices. Rents are shown per year instead of per month: «from … /year» in search results, the price for each whole term (1, 3, 6, 12 months) on a board's page, the yearly price in your plan and each province's «from» price. The price filter still uses the 12-month rent.
- Clear photos first on province pages. On each province page and each type of board in it, boards with clear photos, nothing drawn over them, come first; click a photo to open the board.
- Pick up where you left off. When you come back, the home page shows your plan or cart, the province you looked at, the boards you opened and your quote requests in progress. The viewing history stays in your browser only; clear it with «Clear viewing history».
- A tidier account, especially on a phone. The whole account now shares the site's look. On phones and tablets the account menu is one row at the top (swipe sideways). On a phone, boards, orders, sales, followed boards and demand show as cards with no sideways scrolling; a proposal awaiting approval shows the prices you proposed; notifications are an easy-to-read list with unread ones marked.
- The map shows every board found. The search map shows every board of your search, not only the part of the list loaded so far: a board of the list carries its number, a click on any other opens its card. Several boards at one spot (airport halls) open as a list. An area you draw and «boards near» a place look through all results as well. Without signing in, the map and the list show the first 300 results.
- Plans saved in your account; your agency's prices. Signed in, «Save plan» keeps the plan in your account: open it on any device, keep several, and send a link that always shows the latest saved version. With Agency Pro you set your client's prices — a markup on list prices or your own price per board — and the link and PDF show only your prices and brand, without WikiOOH board codes or name.
- A professional plan: PDF, Excel, the offer. «Print / Save PDF» makes a document: a summary, the map of numbered boards, the list, then a page per board with photos, location, facts, price and a QR code. «Download Excel» exports the plan as a spreadsheet. Each board can have its own period. From the search map: add one board or a whole area to the plan. WikiOOH's offer (price and availability per board) shows in «Quotes» in your account, to view and print.
For board owners

- «Today»: what each board needs. The «Today» page in your account shows which boards lack recent photos, prices for each term, a free-from date or documents; the free-from date is saved right there.
- Send proof-of-posting photos. In «Sales», «Contract in progress» / «Live» lines have «Send photos»: the advertiser sees the running board on the order line.
- Demand for your boards. The «Demand» page in your account: how many buyers viewed, compared, followed, added to the cart and ordered each board over 7, 30 or 90 days, and the number of searches in your province.
- Management in the main menu. «My boards» and «Sales» are in the main menu next to «Home» (on a phone — under the menu button); you no longer need to open the account menu.
- Price proposals and status changes work reliably. The button that changes a board's status in your account has been fixed. Proposals are reviewed by WikiOOH; you and the buyers following the board are notified when the price changes.
- See why a proposal was rejected. When WikiOOH rejects a price proposal, you get the reason in a notification and see it next to the board in «My boards» until you send a new proposal.
- Only you manage your boards. Only the board owner can send proposals for their boards; WikiOOH checks each board's location on the map.
- Board photos are protected. Board photos published by WikiOOH have GPS data and the camera model removed, and the original file name does not appear in the photo address.
