For board owners: update prices, photos and availability to get more quote requests
Buyers filter by price and look at photos and availability before they ask. Five things owners should do in «Today» so their boards show correctly and are asked about more often.
Buyers on WikiOOH filter by price, look at photos and availability, then add boards to a plan to get a quote. Boards with missing information are chosen less often. In the board owner's account, «Today» lists what needs updating.
1. A price for each term
With only a 12-month price, a buyer who wants 3 or 6 months does not know their price. Add prices for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months; state the currency (USD or VND), excluding VAT. LED screens sold by airtime should use the «per hour» unit.
2. Recent photos
Photos taken within the last 12 months, the board face clearly visible, and a night photo if the board is lit. The board page shows the photo date — old photos put buyers off.
3. Availability
Set «Available from» when a board's contract is about to end. Buyers planning for Tết or a peak season look at this date first.
4. The board's documents
Record the status of the board's construction permit or notification. Large buyers ask about this before they sign; the documents can be seen only by WikiOOH admins and your company.
5. Seller verification
Send your company details so WikiOOH can check them against the national business registration portal. Boards of a verified company carry a «Verified» mark on the map and the board page.
